Announcing The Pitch Winners!

The winning pitch has been chosen!

ShortsTV in association with TriForce Creative Network have chosen Lorcan Reilly and Alberto Corredor and their project BAGHEAD as the winner of The Pitch.

The Pitch is a film making initiative brought to you by ShortsTV and TriForce, giving filmmakers the opportunity to pitch their next short film idea to a judging panel for the chance to have their short film produced and receive £3000.

After many submissions, scripts were whittled down and five finalists were selected.

On Saturday the five finalists pitched their short film concept to Carter Pilcher (CEO ShortsTV), Stephanie Charmail (Head of Production, ShortsTV) and Minnie Ayres (TriForce Short Film Festival). Each shortlisted filmmaker had up to two minutes to pitch and then faced up to 15 minutes of questions about their script, how it will be filmed and their budget.

It was a tough decision, with all five finalists putting in a memorable pitch, but we could only choose one! We’re going to be supporting the other finalists to fundraise for their projects, so keep an eye out on our social media for links to their crowdfunding campaigns.
